In addition to her work as a part-time professor, Linda Radford has helped shape the Faculty of Education by leading various innovative projects. In addition to designing and implementing courses and the Urban Education program, she has contributed significantly to improvements in the Teacher Education program. In class, she fosters discussion on the teacher’s role by incorporating computer technology, films, and novels into her courses, to encourage students to evaluate various teaching methods. She is dedicated to her students and is greatly appreciated by all. She has worked on several innovative research projects involving social action and teaching, and consequently enjoys excellent relations with key partners in the field of education in urban settings.
