Most students are in the midst of searching for a summer job, and some graduating students have even started looking for permanent positions. Preparing to enter the job market is often daunting, but is it more so when you hail from a minority language community?

André Samson, who is vice-dean and professor at the Faculty of Education, has been delving into this question with colleagues Julia DiMillo (from the University of Ottawa) and Laurent Sovet (from Paris Descartes).
