Guides

The following guides provide the Faculty's graduate students with precise details about programs.

Note : Since November 7, 2016,  Rabaska and InfoWeb have been replaced by new applications that you will find in uoZone.

These applications introduce new features that facilitate some of the processes described in the guides on this page. In the coming months, the guides will be revised to reflect the new features.

Interim report Guide

A person who does not have a Master's degree with thesis or an equivalent to a thesis may seek admission to the PhD program. In order to demonstrate the required research competence, the candidate may write an interim report.

The quality and academic rigour of this research paper are the same as those required for the MA thesis in education. The procedures, however, are determined by the Faculty of Education rather than by the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (FGPS).

Permission to register to the interim report is granted by the Graduate Studies Director.
