In the context of the Coronavirus situation, all Faculty of Education classes with a face to face component on Monday, March 16 and Tuesday, March 17, 2020, are cancelled, following the recommendations from the Office of the President.  All courses will continue in distance and/or online formats as of Wednesday, March 18 until the end of the session. Current online classes will continue as normal. It is important to note that the University remains open and that academic activities continue, though in different formats. You will receive more detailed information about the impact on your program from your program director by Monday.

All Faculty of Education public events on campus are cancelled until April 5, 2020. Please consult our website for the latest updates.

All university-related travel by uOttawa students is prohibited until further notice. Please consult the uOttawa website for details about student travel.

Please know that all decisions made on behalf of the University of Ottawa community are guided by a set of principles that focus on health, academic integrity and continuity, as well as agility in finding solutions to ensure the wellbeing of all. I and other members of the Faculty’s leadership team will continue to communicate with you as the situation evolves.
