Information Kiosk staff work at both gate entrances to the park. They provide information to our guests on all the attractions, our safety rules and policies, current promotions and lost items and more.
- Past experience in customer-facing positions including cash or communications is an asset.
- Computer proficiency using Windows and the Office Suite of applications is needed.
- Bilingual French and English is required for this job.
- Open and close the park entrances.
- Greet our groups as they arrive at the park and organize their tickets and entrance through the gates.
- Provide information to guests at the info booth regarding our policies and safety rules.
- Reservations and availability of cabanas and VIP tents.
- Troubleshoot ticket scanning, identify possible fraud.
- Provide daily reporting
