  • Responding to incoming calls regarding our park, the rules for each of the attractions, sales, promotions, discounts.
  • Assisting customer with their online reservations and purchases.
  • Experience Computer proficiency using Windows and the Office Suite of applications is needed.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or as a receptionist would be an asset.
  • Bilingual French and English is required for this job.


  • Respond to incoming calls for information on our attractions.
  • Coaching clients over the phone to complete their purchases and reservations.
  • Provide potential guests with information on our policies and rules for entering the park and enjoying our rides
  • Advise about pricing levels, discounts and promotions.
  • Complete reservations for customers in our online reservation system
  • Ad-mail preparation and database maintenance.
  • Administrative support to the management team as required.
  • Daily statistics reporting

*Must have own transportation. No public transit is available to the park.
