- Responding to incoming calls regarding our park, the rules for each of the attractions, sales, promotions, discounts.
- Assisting customer with their online reservations and purchases.
- Experience Computer proficiency using Windows and the Office Suite of applications is needed.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or as a receptionist would be an asset.
- Bilingual French and English is required for this job.
- Respond to incoming calls for information on our attractions.
- Coaching clients over the phone to complete their purchases and reservations.
- Provide potential guests with information on our policies and rules for entering the park and enjoying our rides
- Advise about pricing levels, discounts and promotions.
- Complete reservations for customers in our online reservation system
- Ad-mail preparation and database maintenance.
- Administrative support to the management team as required.
- Daily statistics reporting
