Welcome to our new professor: Kaylee Eady

Kaylee Eady

On behalf of all members of the Faculty of Education, I wish to extend a warm welcome to Professor Kaylee Eady, who will begin in her new functions as of August 1, 2021

Kaylee Eady, PhD is an Assistant Professor in Health Professions Education. She holds a doctorate in Rehabilitations Sciences and she completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Health Professions Education from the University of Ottawa. She also holds an Honors Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Psychology. Prior to joining our Faculty, Professor Eady was a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Research on Educational and Community Services. She was also an Investigator in the Evidence to Practice Research Program at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Research Institute, as well as a Health Professions Education Methodologist and Analyst. Professor Eady’s research focuses on engaging patients and family members in health professions education, program evaluation, and the improvement of health services. She is experienced in assessment, curriculum and program development, and program evaluation. She also has expertise in mixed-methods and qualitative research designs.
