Dr. Kaylee Eady is an Assistant Professor in Health Professions Education. She holds a PhD in Rehabilitations Sciences and she completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Health Professions Education from the University of Ottawa. She also holds an Honors Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Psychology. Prior to joining our Faculty, Dr. Eady was a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Research on Educational and Community Services. She was also an Investigator in the Evidence to Practice Research Program at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Research Institute, as well as a Health Professions Education Methodologist and Analyst. Dr. Eady’s research focuses on engaging patients and family members in health professions education, program evaluation, and the improvement of health services. She is experienced in assessment, curriculum and program development, and program evaluation. She also has expertise in mixed-methods and qualitative research designs.
