Modification or cancellation of registration

You must make any changes to your course selection by the posted deadline.

 If you change to another course after the first class, you’re responsible for obtaining any information you may have missed.

You must cancel your registration or make any changes to your registration in writing; by email, mail or fax and send it to:

 Be sure to include your student number, the course code and the term. If you’re sending your request by mail or fax, you must sign and date your request.

 To avoid remaining liable for your course fees, you must advise the Academic Secretariat in writing before the deadline to confirm that you are withdrawing.  If you don’t withdraw and simply stop attending classes, you remain liable for all fees.

 If you do not withdraw before the deadline, you will be assigned a grade of ABS (equivalent to an F) in addition to remaining liable for all fees.
